Return Window

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@anibyss.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and exchanges

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@anibyss.com!

Refunds and replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@anibyss.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
